Hello, does anyone know the procedure of "handing over to the time" of a Auto-Spot 1?

I guess with "handing over" you mean "transfer",
But still I do not get your point. As with many manual meters this one has on its display two concentric dial rings, one for aperture, one for shutter-speed, that at metering have to be rotated against each other to yield the apt aperture/shutter-speed pairings.
Only that at your model that rotating against each other is done automatically by built-in motor.

In an auction, I buy a lot of 3 auto spot 1.
2 work, but do not indicate the same values, the third has a worn part and this prevents it from working.
