Thanks for the info, Matt. I've forwarded my email to the address suggested.

Us Canadians are quite used to being gouged. As for prostate exams, my doctor has wee digits.
Andy,
My best friend ask me why the hell I had a lady doctor. I told him exactly the same thing. Women have much smaller digits. Plus, it's just a little more of a thrill. Ha! Ha!

You are indeed fortunate. My doctors have big wide fat fingers.

I received a reply from the Kodak Alaris business manager, Thomas Mooney. My email to Thomas used Kodak Hypo Clearing Agent as an example of exorbitant price increases recently. The last time i purchased this product (1 year ago) the price at The Camera Store was $5.95. It is now priced at $15.10. Thomas sent back the following information in regard to this price increase:

“Kodak Hypo Clearing Agent is available on-line in the U.S. for $6.95. That’s equivalent to $9.07 Canadian at the current exchange rate. Note that these Stockhouses buy direct from Kodak Alaris.

Our Canadian Distributor, who also buys direct from Kodak Alaris, is in turn selling this same product to Canadian retailers for less than $9.00. That seems reasonable.

Hope this helps clarify where the problem lies.”
