Doubtful. This is appears to be a clarification of the 18 USC 2257 records keeping requirements for those producing adult content. You can see the custodian of records info link in the fine print at the bottom of any porno website. It's been around a long time. If you read the fine print, ie. the "definitions" of sexually explicit conduct, you will find that classic glamour and artistic nude photography fall far short of the kind of content regulated by 2257.

Attention c6h6o3...

There still are photographers taking nude photographs outside the USA.

Where's that? I would like to see this.

I think paragraph 4 on page 77,432 says it all but I will wait for the 300,000 page review to come out before making any judgments.

I'm in the UK and I don't shoot nudes. However, why do the legislators (of any country) feel they need to save us from ourselves? Haven't they got more pressing economic and security based issues to address? Incidentally, I'm not advocating anarchy but neither do I want to live in a totalitarian state where peoples' freedom of expression is curtailed. We can all use the parental filter and the ultimate censor - the 'off' button.

This article doesn't censor anything. It requires the producers of adult content with things bumping, slapping and wiggling to keep records of the age of the models/actors, should there be a question as to a model/actors age. Nothing more, nothing less.
The requirement has been law for many years, and it looks like they revised a subsection a bit, concerning kiddie porn.

Unless you are shooting explicit sex the terms do not apply. Unless you are shooting kiddie porn, or plan to shoot kiddie porn and be prosecuted, the terms haven't changed. Much ado about nothing, and nothing to do with censorship.
