I'm in the UK and I don't shoot nudes. However, why do the legislators (of any country) feel they need to save us from ourselves? Haven't they got more pressing economic and security based issues to address? Incidentally, I'm not advocating anarchy but neither do I want to live in a totalitarian state where peoples' freedom of expression is curtailed. We can all use the parental filter and the ultimate censor - the 'off' button.
This article doesn't censor anything. It requires the producers of adult content with things bumping, slapping and wiggling to keep records of the age of the models/actors, should there be a question as to a model/actors age. Nothing more, nothing less.
The requirement has been law for many years, and it looks like they revised a subsection a bit, concerning kiddie porn.
Unless you are shooting explicit sex the terms do not apply. Unless you are shooting kiddie porn, or plan to shoot kiddie porn and be prosecuted, the terms haven't changed. Much ado about nothing, and
nothing to do with censorship.
