I'm planning to go with my family by car in the north region of Spain, the Asturias from the end of August to mid September.
Some local Apugers has suggestions about places to visit, hotels, hostals, B&B, panorama, art?
Thanks in advance

I have no specific recomendation since when I travel in Asturias I stay in Cantabria, in my grandparent house. My suggestion for is to go through the spanish tourism web pages and/or look after the "Paradores", they are a series of hotels build in old castells or houses. Asturias have one of the most beatifull landscapes I ever see.

I'd do some more shopping around and not focus your attention on the Paradores too much- don't exclude them, but you can find very nice accommodations for less money without too much effort. Start with Oviedo as your base, and explore the region from there. To give yourself some ideas of things to see and places to visit, put Oviedo into Google Maps. There is a feature that will let you see pictures of places, pinpointed on the map. It may give you ideas for day trips or whole destinations.

I spent a week once in Gijon, on the coast.
It's a nice port, with good views and lots of
cidrerias. Asturias is known for its ciders so
make sure to become acquainted with the
local drinks.
