Assorted cameras and lenses #2

Spring cleaning, #2 (of 3)

Working too many hours recently and haven't been able go through the mounds of gear I buried myself in last year. I'll be posting a second ad shortly with some rangefinder lenses - I'll obviously combine shipping if anyone wants multiple items.

I'm open to different payment options - paypal, check, etc. I'm also open to discussing possible trades - I'm primarily shooting with rangefinders (LTM) and medium format at the moment.

If anyone wants more detailed pictures, let me know and I'll send something your way.

Moskva 5 w/ 6x6 mask
$65 plus shipping

The bellows are light tight, the shutter works (a bit slow at 1 but sounds good down to it), the focus seems decent and the film double exposure prevent is working correctly. I love using this camera. It gets great reactions from people which can make it an interesting camera to use in public. I don't seem capable of handling the hard spring with it though and had issues with camera shake. As I understand it, this is systemic to this line of camera. In the end I was just too picky about perfect focus to enjoy this camera for what it was.

As noted, this includes the 6x6 mask.

Leica Imarect variable finder
$60 plus shipping

I've been using another finder a bit more, though at 35mm the Imarect is nicer. The distance adjustment lever is a bit stiff but the view itself is nice. Slightly low contrast but no major issues. I haven't used another so I can't compare it.

There is a bit of brassing and grime (the grime seen from the back around the silver cleaned off for the most part) so it certainly isn't cosmetically new but it works nicely.

Jupiter 12, Kiev mount with caps, case and original papers
$65

This is an excellent lens. I'm only selling it as I already have one. It was a coin flip as to which to keep. I don't know of any issues with it. The body and glass are excellent.

Custom, rangefinder coupled 105mm lens
$?? plus shipping

Camera obviously not included

Okay. Someone mounted a 13.5cm f/4.5 Voigtlander Anastigmat Skopar for LTM. It has aperture control (and something like 15 blades at that). It focuses though it is stiff. It is rangefinder coupled though I can't vouch for the accuracy. It seems roughly correct though at this focal length I don't know how acceptable
'roughly' is. The lens is relatively good but has a bit of haze.

I've got no idea how to price this thing. If you want it, send me an offer. After all, this may be one of the most phallic lenses around for the mount. Someone must appreciate that.

I haven't taken any pictures with this lens. It isn't the most street-photography friendly.

No caps included, I'll pack it carefully.

That is my understanding - that the J12s are copies of the Biogon - unless I'm missing part of your question. I've had bad luck with M39/LTM J12s but both of the Kiev mount ones I've used have been great. I'm only selling this one as I have two.

I'd love to have the Moskva, but not in the finances this month. Looks like a lovely old folder.
