Hello Apug

I got P&S Rollei Zoom x70 from my friend.... the mechanical is still okay but i won't shot
i look the inside the back i found out the flexible cable is damage

I wonder, where i could get that part? or what the name of the part?

If I really wanted to repair that model I would take such foil-cable from another model.
Problem in any case would be re-connecting it.
 
You can scrape the insulation from the top of the break and use wire from a 33Ga wire.
If you don't do fine soldering, just use conductive glue.
 
Can one cement such multi-lead foil with conductive glue without shortening?

Typically these foils either go into special clamping connectors or are fixed by using special conductive tape (that avoids by design lateral conductivity).
 
It can be done, but needs a quite a bit of attention to what you're doing.
