I was afraid the fact I don't have my boots with me this trip was going to come back and haunt me. As it is, I have to wade through several feet of volcanic ash in my river sandals.

Just a quick update. I picked up the camera yesterday and I should be able to send it to the next person this Thursday.

Camera still sitting on my desk...
I had issues with my car so I did not have time to go to the post office.
Fortunately, I got the car fixed. The camera goes out tomorrow morning.

Whoop Dee Doo!! This is good news!

I think we have all learned a very valuable lesson from Guissimo.. never ever wash your car..

Ya know, regardless of where the camera isn't at the moment, I have to say I am really enjoying the nightly sacrifice of one or two Old Speckled Hens. :munch:

It's a tough job Oh Flatulent one... but someone has got to do it..
You're not alone however.. I'm doing my damnedest to keep my end of the sacrifices up also

A California hen was put to the pyre yesterday. Over Fosters Ale. Best thing you could do with that beer. Made a Memphis (think Elvis) Spice rub for it.


New GF liked the sacrifice..

I rather like Foster's ...it's helps me open doors when i carry too many cameras.
