arista reel in paterson tank

can you use an arista reel in a paterson tank
the paterson reel sells for $9.49 at freestyle
while the arista classic is $5.99
asking because my wallet and i are not on speaking terms at the moment

My wallet yells at me on a regular basis .

I recommend the Arista premium reels instead. The wider flanges make it much easier to load 120 - easier than the Paterson reels, and only 50 cents more than the Arista classic reels.

I use the premium reels in the Paterson tanks and I'm confident that the classic reels work as well.

The Arista Premium tanks are quite good as well.
