I was certain it was $1.99/roll for the 400 speed Arista Premium 35mm. Now it seems like it is $2.19. The bulk went up from $30 to $35 as well. This is based on my memory of what I paid a few weeks ago. I guess I should have bought more.

Luckly, that is not too much of a jump. Just I saw a three year old B&H ad for Kodachrome that said it was $6.00 per roll now they charge $8.50

Yes, it did go up but at those prices I'm not complaining. Just means I can buy 90 rolls instead of 100.

So that's about £1.30 a roll in pounds sterling at current exchange rate. If you could get it delivered to the U.K. at a reasonable cost, then if I were you I'd buy up the whole stock and sell it in packs on the U.K. e-bay. You'd make a fortune. Only seriously outdated films in the U.K. come close to these prices. Most "new stock" probably averages $5 a roll from specialist mail order outlets. From shops it is usually much more. Might help put things in perspective

With some consolidation of manufacturers/suppliers, and a dead cat bounce in usage, prices will probably go up some.

I generated an order via their website on Monday and mailed it on Tuesday. Receipt was acknowledged on Thursday and shipped Friday. The e-mailed invoice shows the price at $2.19 per 36-exposure roll, which is the same as I got from their website on Monday. The price in the catalog is $2.19 for the 36 exposure roll; the 24-exposure roll is in the catalog at $1.99. Perhaps that's what you were thinking of?

It was $1.99 for a 36 roll when I ordered some in March and I would have ordered more if I knew it was going up. 20 cents is not much so I'll probably place another large order to see me through the summer.

I just checked the Freestyle Fall catalogue-- the price has changed. You must have confused the prices from the previous to the currant listings. The 24 exposure hasn't changed though.
