I asked Freestyle about it and that is what they told me. A second source/opinion is listed here http://www.digitaltruth.com/chart/unlisted.html I get good results exposing the 400 film at 800 on cloudy to cloudy bright days and souping in diafine 3+3 Dan

I haven't had a Watson loader for many years but I don't remember it having any felt. It relied on baffles for light proofing.
