Well, it's Fomapan 100, whose spectral curves are available. To my recollection, it's panchromatic all right, but it does have a slightly funny response curve.

Arista.EDU Ultra 100 is indeed Foma 100. Freestyle makes no secret about it. The datasheet from Foma is here: http://www.foma.cz/Upload/foma/prilohy/F_pan_100_en.pdf. Doesn't look at all to me that it is even slightly red blind. Shot a roll last week under blue skies with cotton candy clouds using an orange filter. The clouds just popped out of a darkened sky. That doesn't happen with red deficient films.
