I have been looking all over and can’t find this information. I know arista edu is Foma but can’t seem to find any info on Foma either.

Does this film react well to + development?

It's my go to film, mainly LF, and it does well with + and - development. I don't see the need to share my process, you will have to find your personal iso and developing routines.Start with posted times and tweak for your style and tastes.

Foma tends to be pretty contrasty so make your decisions accordingly.

Are you using the 100, 200, or 400? Or does it not make any difference?

I only shoot 100.

Yes + developing has also worked for me.
We first started off with 400 @ 400 in HC110.. way to much contrast. Then went 400 @ 200 better but being here in the southwest, the highlights of the sky often burned out, and only shot @ 400 when in a shady contition.
Then went 400 @ 200, and falling more in love with 200 @ 100 with D76, which has worked for me. Gonna to have to get some 100.
As you know from your own personal experience, as you been aboard since 2003, and not a newbie, developing depends on a lot of factors. Water, mine is very hard, the way you agitate, and the method you develop your negs. Tray or light tight tanks, ect
Give it a go at + and see.
