Has any tried the Arista E-6 kit? Freestyle lists three sizes and even at the smallest size it would be cheaper that sending film off to Dwayne's (which is the cheapest place I've found).

Have folks used this kit? How do the results look? Mainly I would use it for 120 size Provia, but I still have some Ektachrome in 35mm and am anxiously looking forward to the new batch.

I assume that Freestyle must be fairly reputable? Numerous problems with their website, which necessitated a call to a less than stellar customer service rep, left me unimpressed.

I haven't used this kit but is on the next order i will place for E6 chemistry at Freestyle. I'm curious to try.

But then I do a lot of experimental processing so I am not trying to produce once in a life time images.

i havent used the arista kit but have used the tetenal kit to do hundreds of rolls and the results are great. save up enough rolls to do a large batch and you dont have to worry about the chems going bad.

The Arista kit doesn't have a stabilizer bath, and doesn't contain formaldehyde so it's long term stability might not be the best. The Tetenal kit does have a stabilizer bath with formaldehyde so when it's back in stock it would probably be a better bet than the Arista kit.
