I have for sale an Argus C3 Colormatic 'brick' camera with Cintar 50mm f/3.5 lens and flash unit.
I'm downsizing my camera collection an all offers will be considered.

The camera and flash are in fair condition cosmetically, but in perfect working order. The lens is in good condition cosmetically and excellent condition optically. It has no fungus or haze, no scratches and the coating is intact.
The flash unit takes C cell alkaline batteries and bayonet flash bulbs. Apparently you can also get a simple adaptor to convert other types of flash bulbs to the bayonet fitting.

The bad
The camera is missing the circular threaded cap on the top of the rangefinder. This cap covers the rangefinder adjustment screw but has no impact on operation.
There is some minor paint loss and chrome flaking on parts of camera body.
It is also missing a small piece of leatherette in the corner by the shutter speed dial, and the rest of the leatherette is peeling off.
There is a very fine crack in the bakelite body, radiating out from one of the flash sockets. This fracture is common on C3s and should not cause any issues at all.
The aluminium flash reflector has some fine etching on it from being stored in a coastal atmosphere. This could be polished off fairly easily if desired.

The good
All shutter speeds are accurate.
The film chamber is light tight.
The rangefinder works well.
The frame counter works correctly.
The lens is clean and clear, and the coatings are intact.

The photos show all aspects mentioned above.
