Argus C3 Adhesive.

I have the leatherette off of a C3 and what remains on the camera is like coarse concrete with bits of black.... Not the sticky thick goo like on other cameras I have done.... Anyone had any luck with a solvent softening this stuff up? Would like to keep the chrome surface undisturbed if possible.....

Mostenblockers #2, http://www.homedepot.com/p/Motsenbo...ains-Tape-Remover-Lift-Off-2-407-01/100029845 , is the best adhesive remover I've come across. It it will not do the job use lacquer thinner carefully.

The nearest Home Depot is 75 miles one way, but I have lacquer thinner in my basement.... Guess what I used.... The lacquer thinner worked great... Thanks.....
