Are we missing a trick?

I just posted a photo in the experimental gallery (Alex, Redwood). Taken on Agfa medical x-ray film "Cronex", package marked "daylight".

I developed in Ilford Universal PQ Developer...but I don't have the data with me.

Vaughn

Added: I developed in a tray, constant agitation

Addition #2: I just posted a second image on the Experimental Gallery. This one is with the same x-ray film, but it was processed at the hospitals x-ray lab (their machine and chemicals). It is a carbon print.

I just started using fuji x-ray film and got a good result shooting it at iso 25 and processing in very dilute developer. I can get really good fully detailed negs this way but my test images are not worth showing, just shots looking out my front door on 14x17 film. Due to the double emulsion coating on both sides of the film I use a tray one at a time with minimal agitation. Basically I expose for good shadows and process for the highlights and you can get good negs with the stuff. I'll post something when I get over this cold and get out to make some real images.
