The thread turned to rich Chinese moving their money offshore to protect it from THE STATE. I mentioned that Putin had also turned against his fellow rich countrymen when it suited him just as the Communists have done to some billionaires in China.
I not sure how NATO or rubles or Britain"s gold reserve enter into this.
Is it that you have pet rants, that you try to inject into every conversation?

The conspiracy deepens. Blansky is two people, only one of whom is genuine. So is he Xmas living allegedly in London, which is dull, damp and overpriced or the more laid-back Blansky really living in the lovely sunny wine country in California? If he is Blansky in California with only his alter ego in London then I opt for my favourite Californian detective to investigate the case.
