Iam planning on doing some salt prints and have read that Arches Platine usually doesn't need extra sizing. Is this true or does it benefit from an extra coat of gelatin?

I use Arches Platine for several alt processes and never saw the need to size it....

I use it for my palladium/platinum prints (DOP, Zia and Satista) for more than 15 years and it works beautifully like that.

arches platine sizing

Thanks to all for your input. BTW I looked up the specs and it is surface sized, hot pressed naturally acid free no buffering. They claim that it won't yellow with age due to no optical brighteners being incorporated into it. Thanks Again
