These were once called a top hat. Some call it a lens extension box. Whatever you choose to call it, this is an essential piece of gear when extending the bellows. The box is metal and has a black internal lining of black felt to reduce reflections. I used the box when shooting some macro work on 5x7. I also used the box once when shooting a scene with a 24” Artar lens. The box helped to keep the tension off of the bellows when fully extended. The box gives 11.12 cm, or 4 3/8” extension, and will fit any Arca with a 141mm front standard. The lens is shown for illustrative purposes only and is not included. Shipping and insurance will be included based upon the destination address. Send any questions my way.
