I'll wear the khaki's and a polo shirt (but won't leave the house) and I won't bitch when my evaluation is 3 months late. If need be I'll work into my personal glossary: proactive, it is what it is, paradigm and thought leadership. Hell, I'll even hold back some of my posts until 3 am so that everyone will think I'm on task 24/7. I'm good with it all as long as I don't have to fill out a timetracker every day, or go to team building. I'll only orbit the hairball, not be enveloped by it.

Heck, I feel incentivized already. How many annoying people do I have to ban to make "Moderator of the Quarter"? Maybe if some of the APUG color shooters could contribute some sunsets or florals, you could put some motivational slogans on them for us. Can't wait for the banquet!

No cubicles yet but I can setup personal goal sheets for you guys to fill out each quarter. No raises unless you meet or exceed your goals. I can also start saying "think outside the box" and "move forward' a lot more if that helps..

Don't forget annual peer reviews .

But seriously, I like the bar at the top - only suggestion is it might be nice if clicking on a link there opened a new browser window.
