Hey, I realize you posted this almost four years ago but I was looking for threads about APS film and found it.

To answer your question: yes, there are a handful of us. Last year I shot 66 rolls of APS film, and developed all but two of them myself. The two that I sent out were because they were slide film (!). Those were the only two APS slide films I had ever seen let alone shot and I've never done E6 developing myself so I thought sending them out would be best.

It looks like APS isn't very popular here (or anywhere else really lol) but I'd be glad to talk about it if you want. I also started a facebook group a few years ago called APS Film Users Group that you're more than welcome to join or just look around. Lots of folks there still shooting APS, quite a few of them developing it themselves, and there's even one guy who can reload empty APS cartridges with 35mm film that he cuts down to size.

The only reason it's not talked about much on this FORUM is because no one has bothered to actually show people how it's done.

What a concept -- providing evidence.

That video was pretty useless. I really don't need instructions on how to use tools I don't have. Where are the plans and schematics to make these tools?

Not to mention that "FACEBOOK" is not "making something available to everyone."

Well, if you follow through, you will find that he does sell reloaded APS. As for how to make the tools - what does that have to do with whether or not that guy has them and can use them to reload the film?

Guys, this topic isn't someone saying they want to boil your dog. There's no reason to get so upset about it.

Who's upset? Why are you being overly dramatic? People are just asking simple questions. No one is attacking or being attacked.

Where's the beef? A hermit in the Himalayas who claims to make film for subminiature cameras is not much help out here in the rest of the world.

Where's Uri Geller when you need him?

If this guy actually makes/reloads/whatever APS film/cassette/whatever services/products, let him know that the SUBCLUB will advertise his products/services on its 30 year old website -- FOR FREE. Then we can all stop talking about it. The SUBCLUB has many advertisers from around the world.

Why don't you contact him? He probably never heard of your subclub...
