App like Filmtracks?

especially the option to take a picture and place zone icons on it.

is a great app i think but with some things to improve... does anybody know further apps like filmtracks?

Contact Diem (the Developer of Filmtracks) and make your suggested improvements.

I did, and that's how the zone placement function came about. He's very welcoming and accommodating of new ideas and/or improvements.

Can someone please explain how you can put a "zone icon" on an analogue negative or print.

Mentally, of course, and then by adjusting exposure and development time. This is a note-taking tool for analogue photography. Some people like to make sketches in a notebook and mark the zones. This app does the same using an iPhone.

for me, this is one of the best app for analog photography!

improvements:

-pictures taken with the app have also be stored in camera app (actually only in the app)
-icloud sync
-export-function with the picture and the placed zone icons
-posibility recording a voice memo
