Hi All,
Many of you already know that APIS is going to be in Pasadena, CA, this year. For a lot of us, that is much more convenient than Santa Fe (although I'll miss Santa Fe! - lovely place.) I expect a fantastic turnout.
Alternative Photographic International Symposium, July 17, 18 & 19
1700 Lida St., Pasadena, California (Art Center College of Design)
Register at www.Bostick-Sullivan.com, click on the APIS link on the home page. All 3 days $250, special student rates available on the website. Questions can be directed to melody@bostick-sullivan.com
I'll be there and I'd love to meet and talk with anyone interested in testing handmade silver gelatin materials with other alt processes, especially lith printing. I've got a very nice (for traditional enlarging) bromide paper, and I'd love to know how it liths (or doesn't, if that's the case, and then we can work on tweaks.) No need to commit now. Plenty of time to think about it.
Hope to meet a lot of APUG'ers!
