This looks familiar. I remembered coming across another one of these on RFF before, where a guy bought it and turned it into his very own "nuclear-proof" darkroom Let me search for it.

Mm that would be cracking in our back garden, alas I think it would cost me an absolute fortune to ship to the UK. Still one of these days I will have a good darkroom space, just do not know what it is with these house builders surely every home should have a darkroom space

I think we are the early adopters and the market has not caught up to us, in due time, I believe the WSJ was saying the other day, by 2020 they project 19% of new homes built will have a darkroom, 40% by 2040!!
