I`m using Kodak Ortho which is same as Ektagraphic at E.I. 3-6 ASA for pictorial work with Uniprint liquid developer 1+100 (normal use is 1+13) for 6min. Contrast is a little bit high but usable, the resolution is fantastic.
Has anyone done similar with high contrast films e.g. with caffenol devs. or rodinal. Is there any wonder-developer?

Yours Alex

I have only used Efke Litho film (efke OP12) with Neofin Blau, one bottle to make 700 ml and Rodinal 1:50 (the dev time was in the ballpark of 6-7 minutes as I can remember now - don't have the notes handy at the moment). Extremly flimsy and fragile but cheap.

With a bit of testing I have got good results with both of these developers. If you want to lower contrast, agitate less. I used EI 6 and 12 for this film. I don't think there is a wonder-developer, just stick with one, and make plenty of notes. It's easier to see what works or not, then.
