I have one, been sitting in a box for years, looks to be almost new, even the case is like new. On a lark put a hearing aid battery in it, used an O ring, came right to life. Meter is very responsive, it's a big meter, but can be set with one hand. Once I zeroed it out, seems to match my Goggen Luna Lux SBC, haven't tested it in really low light. Has a viewing port that matches the 30 degrees of field. Don't know if AIC who owned Miranda made it or if it was rebranded. AIC also sold a 1 degree spot meter under the Soligiar brand. At this point I'll take the battery out and put in my stash of meters, might use at some point.

I was not even aware of that meter and its successor. I am not sure it was even marketed over here. (Well, you Americans had even greater and earlier imports from Japan.)
