I have some glassline paper for making small bags to smaller prints. I wonder if anyone has successfully printed negatives on them? It doesn't have any visible fibers, and it's translucent. I did couple of tries but result wasn't good due to banding issues in the print (similar I have had with plain paper before, don't remember how I handled that though..).

Just if someone wiser would have done it already and had either tips and tricks how to do it, or factual knowledge on it not working at all

I have used glassine paper as a texture screen/negative in my enlarger. It is quite fibrous used in this way. It would be interesting to print a negative on it and then put it in an enlarger. Maybe I'll try that.
