I need a 645 holder for my LPL 4500. I found this bloke from France making them and just wanted to know if anyone has them. Are they good quality? Do they get the job done?
Mods, please move this to darkroom equipment if you think it's more appropriate there.
3D printed of various sized negative carrier for Saunders LPL 7450/7451/7452/7452L 7454, 4550, 4500. enlarger series. Upper and lower parts of the negative carrier are connected with hinges andSteel stem (see photos).
I bought a 3D printed 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 negative carrier for my Beseler 23C on Ebay and it works fine.
Just examine them carefully for any burrs or filament strands that might have been missed. Depending on the material used to print them, you can sometimes acetone smooth the surfaces (vapor-fume), but I have not done that; it seems fine.
