Anyone in Southern California?

There was no room, and if I did he would have toed me and the wagon behind his car so he could get more stuff with him.Thats what happens when you ride in 3rd class coach.

You guys got a lot of neat places,I'm not much of a hiker but can get a ways from my car with a medium format camera, and a little wagon I have for the larger stuff.

Mike

One tends to think of places like the ones I suggested when one has lived in one place for four decades.

Its been six decades for me,how blind I am!! How ever since I drive a truck I get views that are not easily seen by cars or people just walking down a street.

Great suggestions! I might check out a couple of those places this Saturday morning after I leave Freestyle.

And out to Jan in New Mexico, I was born in Abq. and I go home at least once a year. This coming January I am planning a road trip home and maybe shoot in the red rocks near Gallup.

Hi Edward, welcome to APUG. I'm just a few miles away. Gorgeous weather we're having, huh?

Ever shot the gorgeous bridge over Colorado blvd near 134? Last year some idiots built apts UNDER the bridge practically. Who would live there-trolls?
I think it was made in the 30s, great old lamps along its length. And Samys camera nearby..

putting out a feeler for a get together at my new space in downtown L.A....would love to do a print share and breakfast;brunch...maybe we can schedule monthly meetings...have a long standing here on APUG and do all kinds of processes...
have a great day!!
Best, Peter

In So Cal as well. Apple Valley - next to Victorville.

The great thing about California is - you're only a few hours from beaches, Deserts, Sierra Mountains, Scuba, Great Cities ......

Hello to all! New member here. I'm near Riverside/Corona (Lake Mathews). I have a few days during the week off, usually. Give me a shout if you guys come up with a "get together" of any kind.

Tim

Welcome to APUG, Tim.

I am in West LA, switched back to 35mm from MF last year, and I shoot that plus a Sony NEX with my old glass.
