Anyone in Seattle area looking for a Plate Burner?

JL, This may not serve as well as the plate burners such as a NuArc 26 1K. The NuArc has the point light source above the vacuum frame which will allow for dodging and burning. I think the burner you listed has to be inverted which will not allow any manipulation during printing. Robert

You're probably right... I don't usually do much dodging & burning/dodging on my plateburner (an enclosed mercury-based unit). I'm not sure I'd want to do much burning/dodging on any of these units (don't you have to use UV-resistant glasses to protect your eyesight?). This unit would be worthwhile (especially for $150) if you just want to do straight exposures.

Maybe you could use semi-transparent sheets to do your dodging/burning on units like this? I'm not sure.
