Yeah, beware "too good to be true" deals on Craigslist. This guy may be legit, maybe not. Craigslist doesn't even have eBay's minimal fraud deterents, so be very careful if you deal with this guy long distance.

One way to buy out of town is to see if there is an APUGer in the area who is willing to be your proxy.
