I'm having some difficulty with connectivity and profiling of my Z9+. Hoping someone here is a user and can help me. It's been quite a challenge getting help from forums....
Problems:
1) The connection between the HP Utility on my Mac (OS 12.7) and the printer suddenly breaks.
2) When trying to profile a new paper preset the wizard does not allow me to input a paper type (it's greyed out).
Any advice would be appreciated.
