I put a bid in a Minolta point and shoot, last 2 days the site has been down, Forbidden 403, tired as many workaround as could think of, such as Sign In, same error message, and have found a contract page for the auction site. Just me or are there problems?

If you are using a commercial VPN service, it might be blocking you. If so, try turning off the VPN and see what happens...

I take you've cleared browsing history in Chrome? Lately one security hiccup in Chrome will keep you locked out until there is no history for Chrome to see. It may even take comp reboot after clearing.

I get countless Photrio as "not secure website" errors in Chrome.
