Anyone have Kodak Regent experience?

I have a weird light leak and an issue with focus/lens parallelism/film plane I think. For some reason there is a soft black area on the bottom (assuming I'm shooting vertically) and a triangular light leak that I can also see as a faint imprint coinciding with me winding to the next frame. Any thoughts on these?
