I have a one-ton Dodge diesel truck that could haul it. What I don't have is a darkroom large enough to use it.

That's a LARGE enLARGER!

It is important to keep the wife impressed. But there come times in life when impressing the wife should be sacrificed for impressing the Joneses - and THIS would be one of those times!
Trust me... I know.

I can't, no really I can't. Well it's not too far from me so maybe I can just go and have a look.

For what it will likely sell for, it's worth the cost of hiring a truck, if you've got the space for it.

Truck won't help - but perhaps a boat?

Hmmm...

It's the weight that's the problem. According to Durst it weighs around 1400 lbs.

But then that's the excuse to rent a small workshop to put the enlarger in. Unfortunately it would probably have to double as living space once the beloved's size 5 lands on my backside.

That's what flowers are for!
Nothing says, "I love you honey" as much as a small bouquet and a promise to spend even more time in your darkroom...

Can I rent time on it when you get it all set up?

The military shelter unit would fit on a truck frame and make a great portable darkroom bomb shelter. You wouldn't have to worry about bad weather, just add oxygen and a nice cot with some food. Imagine pulling into some places with that!

Where it's based in Liverpool is a port so go for it Donald. Apparently, according to Jensen, it cost around $110,000 when new and the lenses alone must be worth the asking price.

Just say no....
