Anybody know if the Kowa Six and Kowa Super 66 share the same viewfinders?

Hi

I wanted to buy a new focusing screen for an old Kowa Six. The one I got was for Super 66 and didn't fit. Now I want to get an angled viewfinder and I wonder if these are also of different size between the original camera and the Super 66?

Viewfinders are interchangeable between the 3 models, I just checked with the 45 angle prism.
Screens are the same for Six and Six MM models, Super 66 has its own screens, larger.
