I've been looking to purchase some silver nitrate & other emulsion-making chemistry.

JD Photochem seems to have really good prices; does anyone have any experience with them; how's there service, etc.?

I have purchased all my photo chemicals from her since moving to Canada and can only recommend her. You just send her a list of the items you want, she gets back to you with the total, then you call her and pay by credit card. What I don't know is whether she ships across the border. I have had great service from the past and present owner. I am in Canada, so shipping is perhaps a bit easier. Many chemicals are difficult or impossible to ship to my remote northern location from the US or overseas.

I am in Melbourne, Australia htmlguru. I have placed 3 orders with JDPhotochem for all the specialised chemicals used for color negative processing. The service could not be better, the
prices are OK too. Shipping cost to OZ are not.
