Any tips for disassembling a Ysarex 127mm f4.7 ? (light fungus removal)

I got a Polaroid 110A kit (for the Ysarex) and was disappointed to find it has a BIT of fungus and appears to be on an inner element (as seen from the front). I've never worked on a large format lens before, so wondered if anyone would share some tips. I've seen some say to remove the lens from the shutter (I'm assuming there is a front portion and a rear portion that come out separately... I may only need to worry about the front).

I'm not sure how it comes out, however. Does one start by unscrewing the black ring with the wording on it (using, for example, a appropriately sized hard rubber eraser, perhaps)?

Any words of wisdom will be appreciated.

The Rodenstock ring screws out the front elements, but you my find it easier to screw the back elements out and see if you can clean the front that way, with the shutter on bulb of course.
