any Nikon RF usere here (S2 problem)

Have a problem with slow speeds on Nikon S2, even my local repairman can't solve the problem (he have never met a broken Nikon RF before... why is mine the 1st one?) The problem is that all speeds on lower dial act as B. That particular S2 isn't in the best condition so I don't think I'm wiling to pay expensive shipment far away from Croatia, but if anyone knows some good service in middle Europe, or (even better) if anyone have some repair manual for Nikon S-serie?
