any idea who makes promaster photoimage paper?

just as the title states who makes it? can't really compare it to anyone else as I don't have a lot of experience but I will atleast say I do like it more then the slavich unibrom paper for lith. still haven't mastered the technique down but much more colorfull then the slavic paper being able to get a nice pinkish tone to it up to a greenish tan color depending upon dilution and MUCH less grain then the slavich papers (though did manage to get that greenish tan out of the slavich once). though now I'm curious as to who makes the stuff as from my understanding promaster is not a manufac but rather a rebadger of goods.

Does the package mention where it is made? That would be a strong clue.
