focal length: it seems to be about 290mm
diaphragm: it seems to be about f/7.5
f/stops: slot for Waterhouse Stops
height (with lens hood): 70mm
frontal diameter (lens hood): 58mm
image circle: about 40cm; even that it was intended for 8½ x 6½ plates, its coverage is still enough for a 10x12" plate
weight (with lens flange): 255g

symmetrical optical design (4 elements, 2 groups)
it is a convertible lens: if the the frontal element is unscrewed, the lens gives double focal length and increased coverage

excellent condition, it keeps its original lacquer
glasses: clean and clear
there is no fungus, haze or separation
comes with lens flange

The serial number is roughly 1883/4. It's an 11" f8 lens, it covers Whole Plate 8½" x 6½" (as marked) at wider apertures and 10x8 at smaller apertures according to Dallmeyer's own adverts.
