A quite personal letter from 1970 where Ansel is attempting to console Brett Weston's in-laws about Weston's marital treatment of their daughter.
Included is a 5.25" x 7.75" halftone print from the layout of one of Ansel's books that he sent with the letter, still in the piece of folded cardboard that he used to protect it in the envelope. The original envelope features Ansel's handwritten Air Mail markings with the same flourishes as his signature.
