Ansco All Weather Film

I just got a 3x4 Parvola off that auction site and opened it to find a roll of black with the word exposed staring at me. It turns out to be a roll of something called ansco all weather. Anybody have any idea how old it is (since that'll give me an idea of the last time the shutter was fired - with a little exercise, it's firing on all speeds but 1 second is around 2, and it needs to be double primed - cock, fire, nothing happens, cock, fire and it works) and how to process it? I have part of a bottle of T-max developer that I want to finish up and some un-mixed D-76 that I was holding off until I finish the T-max but can use if it would be better (right now I have a backlog of a half dozen 2x3 and 4x5 holders with mystery film - any advice on those to try to see what's on them?)

Thanks. I guess my question was a bit vague - I'm wondering about development time and such.

I have a Paterson System 4 (I think it's called) and the plastic reels adjust for 35mm and 120 and a middle position which I think is 127. I don't think it will accomodate 116/616.

I can never remember how to adjust the size and always feel like the reel is going to break, so I keep one for 35 and one for 120 but with some fiddling last night I was able to get it into the middle position. I'm going to load it up tonight and if someone can come up with a best guess at getting a passable (but, presumably, fogged) negative, I'll give it a shot.

From digging on the web, it seems the film dates to around 1960?

If it's 616 film you'll have to do it by hand.The 'ole dip & dunk method.

The Parvola uses 127. Is there anywhere to get 616 or 127 film at this point - last roll of 127 I bought was Kodak around 15 years ago.
