I've made a few dozen portraits with this camera over the years. A self portrait made with it also won an Ilford B+W contest for me back in 1999. I've made bridal portraits and a portrait of my newborn daughter with it on 5x7" film.
Reducing back (5x7), 8x10 back, and SLIDING half frame 5x7 pack (could be used as full frame too with modification. Worried about film? I think Adox, and Foma will be around a long while.
You could modify a holder to do wet plate photographs too.
I made two videos for youtube that illustrate the camera

BONUS ELWOOD 5x7" enlarger complete with lenses, cones etc, I can give more info, but it's all there dusty in my basement. Google Elwood 5x7 these are HEAVY, and I will deliver per outline below.
The camera is also in Fine used condition. Original finish, minimum of gouges, there are a few holes drilled in the front standard to attach various things years ago. Original casters.
The packard shutter is "wired" with some practice can be used to fire electronic strobes (I say practice because it will file them more than once).
There are two releases, one for rapid use the other for focusing. This packard works fine, it just takes practice.
