Ansco 1A Advanced (sim, to Speedex) fell into my lap.. advice sought

A friend of the family just gave me an Ansco 1A Advanced (with a six-20. a Six-16 and Six-20 Jr!).
It would be beautiful if I could catch some light with the 1A.

Old folder are a bit out of my comfort zone so I want to proceed with caution. I got the manual from the friendly gentleman we know.
Two issues I have noticed;
Well, it is a 100 year-old folder, so the bellows need work.
There is a 616 "Kodak" take-up spool, but the wind-up key does not want to pay well with the spool.
I wonder if the Agfa D6 spool drive indents were differing slightly from the Kodak 616?

Any advice would be welcome!

Details: Lens/shutter: Ansco Anastigmat 7.5 and ILEX universal shutter - a tad cloudy?

Are you sure it should be a 616 spool and not a 116 spool?

Correct, should be 116.
I found the spool marked 616 in camera (camera is labeled for Agfa D6).

EDIT My only 116 spool, from a Rainbow-Hawkeye 2A, wooden core, fits perfectly (even though the flanges look enormous).
