Hola,
How much "off" (not mathematically) will my Ansco 130 be if I am 36 grams low on Sodium Carbonate. I'm trying to double the recipe from Unblinkingeye and if it is going to make a huge difference, I'll just make enough for 1 liter instead of 2. I'll just use 1 liter until I order some more and combine the 2 when I get more. But will it make a huge difference? Will something print?

I'm guessing the lower pH will make the solution FAR less active than it should. So your dev times will be way longer, etc...

I use more carbonate (80g anhydrous/liter) and find that it really makes the blacks black. You can use the stuff at 1+3, 1+4 or 1+5..EC

Go to the supermarket, buy a box of Arm and Hammer Washing Soda, mix up a saturated solution, then use that in proper proportions to the monohydrate called for.

No, washing soda is Arm and Hammer washing soda - it comes in a yellow box. Borax is 20 Mule Team Borax (in the US). In the supermarkets where I shop they are usually next to one another in the detergent aisle. There is also a product called PH Plus sold at swimming pool places that is sodium carbonate.

According to a poster at the Azo forum, Arm and Hammer says the washing soda is monohydrate. I've always used it as though it is with good results.

YES.
And if you can not find Arm and Hammer Washing Soda, go to the swimming pool supplies section and buy some pH Plus. According to the pH Plus MSDS, pH Plus is 100 percent Sodium Carbonate. I have used it in developers (as the monohydrate) and it worked fine.

Reduce all quantities save for the H2O by the ratio
60/78. Dilute some what less for working strength.
Two liters. Dan
