Film advance won't work? Is there a double exposure provision for the 3.5T?

No, no such provision. Has the shutter release button popped all the way out? I had a broken spring once that stopped the film advance. Other than that, the answer is probably a CLA to remove dried-out grease from the film wind mechanism - not very probable that parts are broken.
