it looks like i missed this kickstarter
and i am bummed !

but it looks like the good folks at galaxy might be putting together a handy log book
for taking notes in the field ...

not sure when it will be released.

It seems somehow very surprising that anyone wanting a reference sheet doesn't simply print (or print then photocopy) their own, but if it helps the printing industry tick over one mustn't complain.
