Well, it is still wet, but I developed it. Amazingly enough it came out alright as far as development time for the exposures. Four good exposures should be good enough to get a positive, but I don't expect those to look too great. The entire piece of film has a texture, to the tune of looking almost powder coated. I believe I had a piece of old 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 ansco film that this happen to as well and as it dried, that texture turned into a matte finish look instead. We shall see.
The piece of film only had edge numbers for markings and at the tail end (not taped to backing paper) had a single semi-square notch located in the center.
I developed it in Clayton F76+ (1+5 replenished, which should be roughly the 1+9 in small tank) @ 68˚ for 7.5 minutes. agitated a full minute from start, then 10sec every 30sec and then the final 30 sec.
I sure hope there is something in the photo with a date and/or place written on it. I love that kind of thing.
Thanks for the help and I will try to post a scan sometime soon.
